Why we do it

People buying off plan deserve to see what they are buying.

Buying a home off plan is one of the biggest decisions a person makes, and it is almost always made from a plan and a render. Whoever sells it deserves to be able to show it.

  1. 01One scene for everythingEach development is modelled once. The images, the film and the tour come out of that scene, so nothing contradicts anything else.
  2. 02No middlemenWhoever receives the plans is who makes the image and who presents it.
  3. 03Everything said up frontThe proposal states the pieces, the investment and when they arrive. No surprises halfway.
  4. 04We say when you do not need itIf the development does not call for an interactive tour, we say so. You do not always start with the most expensive piece.
