Buying off plan means buying the location too.

The Novainho site is in Braga, and much of the sales argument lies outside the plot: how far it is to the historic centre, the hospital, the university and the A3 motorway. The walkthrough was built to answer that first.

The surroundings are the city in photogrammetry, not a studio approximation. From it, the sales team draws the route to each landmark and shows the time on foot or by car, without leaving the application.

The same model runs with an adjustable time of day, from dawn to dusk, so a buyer can see the light a unit gets at the hour that matters to them.
